About Relief Chefs Wales
A catering recruitment agency founded by chefs, based in Carmarthenshire and supplying kitchens and hospitality businesses across West Wales and beyond.

Our background
Paschal and Brenda Haughey founded Relief Chefs Wales after identifying a need for a responsive catering recruitment service in West Wales. Between them they bring more than five decades of experience as trained chefs, and that professional background informs their understanding of employers’ staffing requirements.
Having worked in kitchens themselves, they know what a business needs when a chef is off sick, a season gets busy or an event is booked at short notice: someone capable, reliable and ready to start.
What we provide
Our recruitment service covers kitchens and the wider hospitality sector. We supply staff for temporary cover, seasonal assignments and permanent positions.

Bartenders

Housekeeping

Our aim
We help businesses find capable catering professionals at competitive rates. Our candidate network includes people who have worked in settings ranging from restaurants with rosettes to workplace catering operations, so we can match the right person to the standard and pace of your kitchen.
Businesses can contact us to discuss their staffing requirements, and candidates can browse our vacancies and register their interest.
